Privacy Policy

How Speedy Locksmith handles website and service-request information.

Last updated: October 21, 2026

Information we collect

When you call, email or submit a service request, we may receive your name, telephone number, email address, service address or ZIP code, preferred contact method, description of the requested work, and vehicle, lock, door or property details relevant to your request. We may also receive photographs you choose to send through an available contact method. Please do not send passwords, alarm codes or other sensitive access credentials through the website.

Why we use it

We use this information to review your request, evaluate service compatibility, confirm the address and driving route, communicate about availability, coordinate mobile service, maintain business records and prevent misuse. Our usual service area is within approximately 40 miles by a normal driving route from Little Rock. Coverage and availability require confirmation of the complete address. Requests beyond that distance may be considered individually; service is not guaranteed.

Mobile-service and authorization information

Speedy Locksmith does not operate a customer storefront. Identification or proof of ownership, residency, management authority or vehicle authorization may be requested before locksmith work is performed. Provide only information relevant to your request and authorization.

Website analytics, cookies, and maps

Google Analytics tracking has been disabled on this website. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies on the website. Technical cookies or similar storage may be used to operate and secure the website, support a service you request or remember a privacy preference. Cookies saved during earlier visits may remain until they expire or you delete them in your browser settings.

The service-area illustration is a locally hosted image, not an interactive map or a tool for determining service coverage. Links to Google Maps, review profiles and other external websites open services governed by their own privacy practices.

Hosting, forms, and email delivery

Rocket.net hosts the website. Service-request information may be stored in WordPress and delivered through our configured email service, including Brevo, so our team can respond. Hosting and security services may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect the website. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We may share information needed by providers that support hosting, security, email delivery and website operations, or disclose information when required by law. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for service requests, business records, security, dispute resolution and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may contact us about information you have submitted, including requests for access, correction or deletion where applicable. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons. Browser settings let you manage stored cookies and site data; blocking necessary storage may affect website features. See our Privacy choices page for further information.

Other websites have their own privacy practices. We may update this policy when our website, services, providers or legal obligations change. The publication date above identifies the latest revision.
